Greetings from across the digital divide!

I’m Kristin Munson and this web portfolio is a documentation of my Professional Field Experience (PFE) work at the Warwick Public Library in Warwick, Rhode Island.

The Warwick Public Library consists of a central library and three branches. My internship took place at the Central location and encompassed a wide array of services, from teaching to tech reference, programming to promotion in both our Idea Studio and Teenspace.

In addition to completing the tasks assigned by my mentors, I was also responsible for fulfilling the GSLIS Educational Outcomes: Foundations, Lifelong Learning, Digital Media, and Leadership and Ethics. I achieved these through running classes, implementing programming, creating original services and advertising library features, which will be explained in greater detail in the rest of my portfolio.
